We have a full range of autumn and spring lawn care, as well as lawn shears, aerating shoes and seed spreaders.
Caring for your lawn - feeding
Spring - feed with a high nitrogen feed in spring to keep the grass green and healthy, this is essential for healthy lawns.
Summer - feed with a nitrogen feed again to continue healthy growth, this stage is desirable but not essential.
Autumn - feed with a high potash autumn feed to make the lawn less susceptible to drought and disease.
Raking - using spring tine rake
Spring - to remove winter debris and to break up small amounts of thatch.
Summer - to collect grass clippings or leaf debris.
Autumn - to break up small amounts of thatch and remove falling leaves.
You should also use a rake to scarify the lawn in late spring early summer to remove patches of dead moss, and again in autumn for large areas of moss.
